Curriculum Evening - Mad About Maths!
Our curriculum evening this term will be Mad About Maths and will unsurprisingly be about Maths. We have a guest consultant to open the session and a choice of workshops including one aimed at each year group. Further details will be coming soon but please reserve 30th October 6-8pm in your diary! As usual we will have free childcare to support you on this evening.
Please note the workshops are informal and friendly with no testing of your own Maths abilities! So do come along as the evenings are always well received. We will also be running a series of parent support sessions for other areas of the curriculum on different dates.
We have a large amount of unlabeled lost property. If your child has lost an item of clothing in the Infants please visit the lost property drawers outside the office. Junior children should go to the lost property drawers outside the Junior Welfare room. Please ensure every item of your child’s clothing and footwear is labelled. Any unnamed lost property will be given to a local charity after half term.

Christmas Fair, Saturday 7th December 11am - 3pm
Preparation for the Christmas Fair is ongoing with a team of over 20 parents coordinating and organising the various stalls and activities. If you’re feeling festive and can spare a little time, please check Classlist for details and contact us if you’d like to help. Otherwise please make sure the Christmas Fair is in your diary!
Reminder: don't forget to sign up to Classlist which is our primary way of communicating with parents. Click on www.classlist.com and select The Raglan Schools. If your child was in Nursery, Year 1 or Year 4 last year please ensure you have updated their class info or else you might miss out on class information.
Calling parents in R1!
To help with communication we ask for a Class Rep from each class. It mainly involves keeping people informed of RSA activities and doesn't take much time. We still require a rep for R1, please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to take on this small but helpful role.
