Can you take the best photo! - Raglan Summer Reading Competition
This summer holiday, children are invited to enter our reading competition. Get caught reading in an unusual place! Submit a photo of your child reading a book somewhere a bit different. Perhaps on a fairground ride, a boat, inside a tent, on a plane, riding a camel? Please email photos to the school office and include your child's name, class and place of photo. Winners will be chosen in the Autumn term. Good luck and keep reading!
Children in Year 3 to Year 6 need to pay for School Dinners unless they are on Free School Meals (all children in Infants have Universal Free School meals which is different). If you think you are entitled to Free School Meals please click here. Please ensure you have credited your child’s Junior Parentpay account. Your child’s account should be in credit at all times.

Welcome back to a new school year!! We hope you had a lovely break.
The RSA (Raglan's PTA) are back in full swing and have some exciting events planned for the year ahead. Watch this space for information.
Annual General Meeting
As we are a registered charity we are required to have an annual AGM. This will be held on Friday, 5th October from 9-10am. Every parent at Raglan is an automatic member of the RSA and therefore welcome to come along. We would love to see you there. At the AGM we vote in the committee. This year our treasurer, Mrs Katherine Chaplin, will be stepping down. Katherine will be continuing on the committee and we are really grateful for all her hard work with this role. If you would like to be the Treasurer or know someone else who might like to take this on, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you more details about what it involves. It can also be a shared role. Likewise all the positions will be up for re-election including Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary. More details will follow next week on the process for nominating someone for any of the above roles.
