School Debt

Please can you ensure that you do not owe the school any money before we break up for the summer.  We have quite a few parents owing money for School Dinners, wrap and clubs. The school does not have money to cover your debt.  We waste a lot of time, effort and money contacting parents who do not pay on time. This money could be spent on the children.

Year 2 transition to Year 3 - Parentpay

Children moving up from Year 2 to Year 3 will need to pay for School Dinners in September unless you are on Free School Meals (all children in Infants have Universal Free School meals which is different).  If you think you are entitled to Free School Meals please click here. Your current Parentpay account will be archived on 20th July.  Please pay for any of the recent trips that are still showing on your account before that date.  You will receive a new Parentpay account which will need to be set up for the Juniors.

New Term

The new term starts on Tuesday 4th September for Years 1-6, the first four days are incredibly important for settling and establishing classes, expectations and friendships. A small minority of parents are top and tailing the school year with late returns and early holidays, which are being challenged, so please ensure that you return in time for the start of the new school year. There have been two cases this year where a child’s school place has been withdrawn due to unauthorised and prolonged absence.

Lost Property/Second hand Uniform

There are still items of clothing in the lost property with no name.  This will be sent to charity at the end of the week if it is not claimed.  We are inundated with second hand uniform if you have any uniform please donate it to charity as we do not have any more storage space.  Thank you.

The Welfare Team will be returning all medication at the end of the week.  Please check your child’s bag if your child has medication in school. We will except back any medication that will be needed next term when the children return to school on 4th September.  Please note any medication that is held in school must be in date and labelled with the prescription details and in the original box. Any questions please contact the Welfare Team.
