Cases of Chickenpox, Scarlet Fever and Hand, Foot and Mouth

RSA Weekly News

Winter Card Project

Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time with the Winter Card project, the children had lots of fun making their own artwork.  After the half term break your child will bring home a piece of original artwork which you'll have an opportunity to purchase. This is a fantastic way to raise funds for the school as well as showcasing your budding artist's talent :)

Please help the RSA raise funds for a new zone on the school field.  We have a target of £9,000 to raise to install a 'Hobbit's House' for the children to enjoy.

To kick off this fundraising target, this week each child will receive a tube of Smarties from the RSA.    A poem on it says;

'We've given you these Smarties to eat

But the empty tube you must keep

For every task done, earn 20p.

It's up to you to earn your fee

Fill up your tube, right to the top

Return it in three weeks and we'll collect the lot'

RSA Committee Meeting

Our next meeting is Friday, 2nd November after morning drop off.  Please meet at the School Office.

Class Representatives

Each year we ask for volunteers to be Class reps for the school year.  The main purpose of this role is to keep people informed of the RSA fundraising events.  Some reps also arrange social evenings, Christmas and end of year gifts for teachers. We still need Class Reps for the following classes; 4DH and 6LH.  Please email raglanschoolassociation@gmail.com if you would like to volunteer.
