Teacher Training Day
A reminder that the School is closed to children this Friday 22nd June. Children return to school on Monday 25th June.

Year 5/6 Sports Day at Lee Valley 2018
A reminder to parents in Years 5/6 to complete the Google Form for seats on the coach and lunch. Please let us know as soon as possible and no later than Tuesday next week so we can make arrangements.

Footwear
We have noticed that children are starting to wear trainers or soft canvas shoes to school. These are not part of our school uniform, children should be wearing black school shoes. Click here for our School Uniform Policy.

Litter
We have had a complaint from a neighbour who has seen children dressed in Raglan School uniform throwing litter on the pavement outside in the street.

We are still looking for more cuddly toys for our Teddy Tombola and any items that can be sold on our White Elephant Stall. Please bring any donations to the office. Thank you.
Friday, 29th June - Summer Fair - Volunteers needed
Just over 1 week till our biggest fundraising event of the year! Don't miss it. If you have any time to spare on Friday, 29th June from drop off till the fair starts at 3pm then please come along to the school office and we'll find you a job. We also need people to help run stalls during the fair. Get together with other parents, share child care or have your children help on the stall, we don't mind. Please email raglanschoolassociation@gmail.com if you can help at any point during the day.
FYI - CARD PAYMENTS CAN BE TAKEN FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR AT THE PIMMS TENT!
Summer Brochure Drawing Competition winner
Congratulations to Shayna Faugooa (2BA) who won our drawing competition this year. Look out for her art on our posters around the school. What a talent! Runners up prizes were also given to Hiru (1NH), Evie (5DB), Eleanor (6JD) and Shay (1NH). Prizes will be sent through next week.
Summer Raffle 2018
Tickets for this year's summer raffle have been sent home in book bags. We have some fantastic prizes including; Signed Tottenham Hotspur Pennant from this season's team, 2 cases of wine, £50 voucher for Richard Morris Butchers, Tickets to Jump In, Family pass for Windsor Castle and loads more..... We are running a competition again for the class that returns the most tickets. Ticket stubs with the correct cash, can be returned in an envelope and given to the class teacher.
If there are any unused tickets can you please return them to the school office. The draw will take place on Monday, 9th July.

Boots Exchange
If your child needs a pair of astroturf, moulded or studded boots, they can grab a pair for free in the Yr 5/6 playground every Friday afternoon. Thank you so much to everyone that has donated a pair already. If you have any boots that no longer fit your children, we would be very grateful for any donations.
