Once clubs have been allocated they are put on to Arbor where you can view them on your app or by logging into the portal. You need to REGISTER your child's club and pay if there is a fee.

Notes for Autumn 2025

Most clubs were over-subscribed. We try to allocate everyone's first choice and then fill any remaining spaces. 

• Year 1 Football was particularly over-subscribed (47 requests for 20 places) so there will be disappointment for some. However, we have been able to offer an alternative where there was other choices. 

• Street Dance and Gymnastics have not been finalised yet, we will be confirming this soon. 

• There are spaces in some clubs: Fencing (Y456, Mon), STEM (Y456, Tues) Beginner Recorders (Y34, Wed) Football (Y3456, Fri) Yoga & Mindfulness (Rec, Mon).

• We are extending the Monday Fencing session to Year 4 as there are spaces 

• Where a junior pupil has been accepted into the House Cup teams via the triall we have not offered the Friday football session 

Waiting Lists 

You can add your child's name to the waiting list for a club and we will allocate spaces if they come up over the next three weeks. Please complete the forms below for INFANT or JUNIOR

Help with School Expenses

Some pupils can have a club for free. If your app is showing this as a fee, please contact us at clubs@raglanschools.org. If you are not sure if you qualify for help with school expenses, please click here 

Terms and Conditions 

By registering a club place and paying a fee, please note the following T&Cs

The fee for clubs is now £31.50 for the term for 7-10 weeks (depending on the length of term)

• This is a flat fee for the term and should be paid in advance to secure the place 

• There will be an admin fee if you cancel a place before the clubs start. 75% will be refunded to your account

• If you cancel a place after the clubs start, there is a 50% refund up to week 3

• If you cancel a place after 3 weeks, there is no refund

• There are no refunds for missed sessions due to illness or other absence

• For long-term absences, refunds are at the discretion of the SBM or Headteacher

• If the school cancels a club and this falls below the 7-10 sessions, a credit will be added to your account. 

Please note

• There are now stricter payment arrangements so the school can cover all the costs of the extra-curricular clubs. This includes admin fees to cover additional costs such as admin time, credit card and processing fees.
